第1条【利用可能範囲】

以下の範囲内でご利用頂けます。

第2条【禁止事項】

作品の利用にあたり、以下の行為を禁止します。

• ・法令又は公序良俗に反するアカウントでの利用
• ・反社会的勢力や違法行為に関わるアカウントでの利用
• ・わいせつ、宗教的又は政治的なアカウントでの利用
• ・著作者が特定の政党、宗教、思想を支持しているかのように誤認させる利用
• ・作品の再配布、譲渡、貸与
• ・作品をトレース・加工・改変した上での利用・再配布、売買
• ・ストックイラストサービスや各種販売サービスへの申請・販売
• ・著作権等の権利を侵害する行為
• ・その他著作者が不適切と判断した利用・不利益になる利用・作品のイメージを損ねる利用

第3条【規約違反への対応】

規約違反行為が判明した場合、利用停止の依頼、必要に応じて法的措置を検討させて頂きます。またその際、当サイトは使用差止請求権・損害賠償請求権を行う権利もしくは、慰謝料を請求する権利（合理的な弁護士費用も含む）を有します。

第4条【著作権】

掲載作品は利用規約の範囲内でお使い頂けますが、著作権は放棄しておりません。作品全ての著作権はウエダツバサが所有します（加工の有無に関わらず、著作権の移動・譲渡はありません）。ウエダツバサの作品を管理・公開するアカウントは当サイトと以下のアカウントのみです。

Response to violations of the Terms

If a violation of the Terms of Use is found, we will request that the use of the site be suspended, and if necessary, we will consider legal action. In such cases, this site reserves the right to demand an injunction, compensation for damages, or compensation (including reasonable legal fees).

Copyright

You may use the posted works within the scope of the Terms of Use, but the copyright is not waived.
