第1条【利用可能範囲】

以下の範囲内でご利用頂けます。

・SNSやLINE等のアイコン・ヘッダー・壁紙への利用または保存

※利用の際は、ウエダツバサの各ＳＮＳのＩＤやリンクまたは当サイトのリンク等、著作者が分かる情報をプロフィール欄または投稿等に記載してください。

※ウエダツバサがイラストまたはアニメーションを担当したご依頼作品を“歌ってみた動画”で利用・二次創作する場合、元動画のリンクや本家作者情報等を記載頂ければ、現在ウエダツバサの方では基本的にNGはないです(トレースされたイラストの公開は禁止)。二次創作の場合、構図や配色がオリジナル作品と似通ってしまうことに関してもこちらからは特に規制・指摘する方針はありません。ただ、これらの内容については楽曲製作者・映像制作者の方の利用許可範囲もご確認頂き、NGを出していれば必ずそちらに従ってください。

第2条【禁止事項】

作品の利用にあたり、以下の行為を禁止します。

・商用利用(データ販売、作品を使用した制作物など)

・著作者を明示していない、あるいは偽った転載行為

・攻撃的・差別的・性的・過激な表現（侮辱・誹謗中傷・名誉棄損・虚偽など）を含んだ上での利用

・法令又は公序良俗に反する目的での利用

・反社会的勢力や違法行為に関わる利用

・わいせつ、宗教的又は政治的な利用

・著作者が特定の政党、宗教、思想を支持しているかのように誤認させる利用

・作品の再配布(譲渡、貸与、売買、公開)

・作品をトレース・加工・改変した上での利用・再配布(譲渡、貸与、売買、公開)

・ストックイラストサービスやデータ販売サービスへの申請・販売

・著作権等の権利を侵害する行為

・その他著作者が不適切と判断した利用・不利益になる利用

第3条【規約違反への対応】

規約違反行為が判明した場合、利用停止の依頼または必要に応じて法的措置を検討させて頂きます。またその際、当サイトは使用差止請求権・損害賠償請求権を行う権利もしくは、慰謝料を請求する権利（合理的な弁護士費用も含む）を有します。

第4条【著作権】

掲載作品は利用規約の範囲内でお使い頂けますが、著作権は放棄しておりません。作品全ての著作権はウエダツバサが所有します（加工の有無に関わらず、著作権の移動・譲渡はありません）。ウエダツバサの作品を管理・公開するアカウントは当サイトと以下のアカウントのみです。

第5条【免責事項】

作品の利用によって生じた不利益、いかなる不都合や損害、トラブルに対して当サイト・著作者は一切の責任を負いません。

当サイトはそのサービスを自由に停止・終了できることとします。 全ての利用規約は予告無く改変、削除する場合があります。予めご了承下さい。

Prohibited Items

The following actions are prohibited when using the work.

• ・Commercial use (e.g., data sales, productions using the work)
• ・Reproduction that does not clearly identify the author or is false
• ・Use of the work with offensive, discriminatory, sexual, or extreme expressions (insults, slander, defamation, falsehood, etc.)
• ・Use of the work for purposes that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals.
• ・Use related to antisocial forces or illegal activities.
• ・Obscene, religious or political use.
• ・Use that misleads the viewer into believing that the author supports a particular political party, religion or ideology
• ・Redistribution (transfer, loan, sale) of the work

• ・Application or sale to stock illustration services or data sales services.
• ・Infringement of copyrights and other rights.
• ・Any other use that the author deems inappropriate or detrimental.

Response to violations of the Terms

In the event that a violation of the Terms of Use is found, we will request that the use of the site be suspended, and if necessary, we will consider legal action. In such cases, this site reserves the right to demand an injunction, compensation for damages, or compensation (including reasonable legal fees).

Copyright

You may use the posted works within the scope of the Terms of Use, but the copyright is not waived. The copyright of all works is owned by Tsubasa Ueda (there is no transfer or assignment of copyright, regardless of whether the work is processed or not).
